Pretty property. Walkable to nearby Victoria, Falls restaurants and shops.

Very basic amenities. Cleanliness was marginal - several bugs in the room.

WE ENJOYED STAYING THERE FOR THE WEEK. HOWEVER, THE DINNER ON OUR FIRST NIGHT OF ARRIVE WAS NOT GOOD. SO, FOR LESS AND BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY, BETTER QUALITY OF FOOD, AND DRINKS WE WENT TO EAT AT OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS THROUGHOUT OUR STAY. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS ALL GOOD AND A GREAT LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF.

Maybe the interior of the room...door had wood missing , chairs in room needs attention, furniture a bit worn. bed was comfortable and clean bedding was so nice. No conditioner in room and tea and coffee supply was not filled every day.

The friendly and helpful staff. The complementary shuttle to the falls. The buffet breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable and the pool area was very nice.

The shower door leaked water and made a puddle on the floor.

I had two nights at this property. The gardens are magnificent, although the reception area lets what is an excellent property for the price, down. That said my check-in was fabulous by the lovely Ethel. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic, polite and helpful. The room was very large, spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. I unfortunately had an inter-leading room, and could hear everything in my neighbours room. Unless you are travelling with someone and want this, definitely ask for a room that is not inter-leading! The bathroom was lovely, except my shower leaked water everywhere. It was not a catastrophe as I was travelling on my own, and used the spare towels on the floor. The pool area and pool bar are beautiful. There is plenty of parking. This property is so well located and you can easily walk to the Victoria Falls and the shops in town. It offers great value, great location and great service. It is not 5 star but the value is outstanding and I highly recommend this property!
