Please inform The Arco powered by Sonder in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no room service, daily cleanings, or laundry facilities. There is no cable. This is a central location and is prone to city noise.

"If you will arrive before check-in time, pay for an early check-in, do not risk."

The room is very comfortable and spacious. Hotel is quiet and provides a white noise machine for those who need.

The check-in process is terrible. There are not enough lockers to the guests arriving before check-in time and not always the early check-in is available. In my case, I had to walk through the city, with my family and our luggage, looking for a storage place to accommodate our stuff before check-in time. As the hotel does not have an reception, they do need to provide more lockers in a more effective way of usage.

It was worth the price! Our room was huge and clean. We did not experience any noise issues like some have mentioned. We loved the amenities and softness of the beds. We’d book again!

Not much

1/ room on 5th floor but lift not working on the day of checkout. 2/ Tried a few times to contact the property management but no answer 3/ location is not great / lots of homeless in front of the door and entrance. Yesterday on arrival main entrance door was open and anyone can enter to property 4/ TV not working 5/ I have to chase for WiFi code through chatiing on the app as they did not provide it

Unable to speak to a human after 5 attempts. Room was 87 degrees w/ temp turned down to 65, outside was 84; bad night's rest. On the bright side, Hannah a concierge? who I fortunately happened to run into, procured a missing remote for my TV & went through the entire programming process. She deserves 5 Stars!

A Localização é muito boa. Bem central e perto do metro. As instalações são boas e estava bem limpo quando cheguei.

Nao é um hotel !!! É um apartamento pra locação... Nao tem recepção e nem qualquer serviço de hotel como limpeza do quarto . Você nao tem contato com nenhum funcionário. O ar condicionado fica na frente da cama e nao tem como mudar, então o vento fica direto em cima Esperava bem mais pelo preço que paguei...

"AC broken horrible service."

The AC was broken. Notified Staff thermostat read between 80-86 degrees all night. Was promised Fan delivery at 10pm never got it. Couldn’t sleep due to extreme heat. Want full refund. Was told they were coming to service AC today AFTER I checked out.
