You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no room service, daily cleanings, or laundry facilities. There is no cable. This is a central location and is prone to city noise.

Stanza molto grande, pulita e accogliente. Posizione strategica, ma il quartiere non è dei piu accoglienti.

I prodotti per il bagno (bagnoschiuma e shampoo) non facilissimi da reperire ( non essendoci personale fisso nella struttura c'è una stanza comune dove rifornirsi dei prodotti che uno consuma) ma la struttura ha spiegato come questa sia una soluzione temporanea.

"Localização e conforto bom, mas serviço de limpeza e elevador fora de serviço estragou a estadia."

Conforto e localização excelente.

Muito difícil agendar limpeza ficamos 11 noites sem limpeza. Elevador quebrado por 4 dias consecutivos, muito penoso porque estavamos no quinto andar.

Camera pulita e confortevole, letto comodissimo, posizione ottima e centrale

Non si è mai visto nessuno dello staff, una collega ha avuto problemi con il codice di accesso ed è stato molto difficile riuscire a parlare con qualcuno.
