The Arco powered by Sonder

I made a reservation 11 months in advance and they cancelled my reservation 3 hours before check in They said they had no other rooms at other locations but when I searched for other wonder locations there were They told me a refund was on the way but it wasn’t and i had to call to get it done and was on hold for almost 30 minutes

Amazing self check in hotel. Very nice and cozy lobby and incredible room for a very small price. Location is safe and perfect to sighsee around.

Es un alojamiento donde no hay recepción, pero te solucionan los problemas a través de la aplicación Sonder. El barrio es bastante seguro.

La habitación que nos dieron no se veía la televisión, pero nos lo solucionaron

Non c’è reception per cui ti gestisci in autonomia con i codici di ingresso forniti. In pieno centro, camere di giuste dimensioni, pulite, prezzo modico.

Se si ha auto, i parcheggi in zona sono tutti molto costosi, ma questo non è responsabilità della struttura

Schöne und große Zimmer, sehr sauber, gute Lage! Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank im Zimmer, einfacher Check-In. Möglichkeit, die Koffer noch nach dem Auschecken im Hotel zu lagern.

Property was easily accessible and in the heart of the city. We also liked how it felt like we had an apartment (high ceilings and spacious) even though it was a hotel. With the digital key it was easy to access without the need of a concierge or staff member.

Molto comodo il deposito bagagli. La camera era spaziosa e anche il bagno molto ampio. Nella hall c’era uno scaffale con posate e bicchieri, utile per avere l’essenziale. Presenza dell’ascensore molto apprezzata.

La pulizia era da migliorare: le lenzuola erano macchiate e il piatto doccia sporco e rovinato. Nella doccia c’erano dei contenitori vuoti in acciaio per il sapone che sporgevano, risultando pericolosi. L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa, le finestre bloccate non permettevano di far cambiare l’aria e la stanza risultava piuttosto rumorosa, soprattutto di notte, nonostante i tappi per le orecchie forniti.
