The Arco powered by Sonder

La habitación del hotel es inmensa, está perfectamente decorada y todo es grande y amplio. La ubicación es excelente. Tiene restaurantes cerca, comercios a un paso y mercados a pocos metros. La más agradable sorpresa me la encontré al llegar (temprano) y ver que el hotel dispone de lockers para dejar las valijas por lo que pude dejar todo mi equipaje ahí y recorrer la ciudad desde un primer momento.

Es algo particular de la habitacón que me tocó pero al picaporte del marco de la puerta le faltaba un tornillo y se caía al cerrar desde el lado de afuera. Es algo sencillo de arreglar pero no encontré a nadie a quien notificar

Location and comfortable rooms

Air condition sound was high and the hot water level was not good enough .

The hotel is in a great location — LGBT+ friendly and close to the city center and all major landmarks. Check-in is very easy through the app, and you don't have to interact with any staff in person. If you arrive early, you can use lockers to store your luggage. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, plenty of towels, Wi-Fi, amenities, and even earplugs. I also requested an extra blanket in advance, and it was already prepared in the room on the day of our arrival.

There was a very loud noise coming from the air conditioners in the courtyard, which we could hear through the window. I believe the hotel is aware of this issue, as there was a sign in the room warning that the street might be noisy and providing earplugs. But trust me — even the earplugs didn’t help. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Nous avons été hébergé dans un appartement avec un chambre, un canapé lit et une vraie cuisien bien équipée ce qui était très appréciable. Dans la chambre un King size super confortable, le rêve! l

Nous avons eu un problème avec l'arrivée autonome et les réponses via le chat n'étaient pas du tout satisfaisantes. Heureusement nous avons croisé un employé de Sonder en bas de l'immeuble qui nous a guidé vers une personne adorable qui a réglé notre problème.

W sypialni było strasznie głośno. Wiedzą o tym, bo na szafce nocnej leżały 2 opakowania stoperów. Ale serio, kto wymyślił taki system klimatyzacji? Na jedną noc ok, dłużej nie dałabym rady.
