room was clean but around 12:30am heard all kinds of yelling and cussing coming from front desk area.This went on for almost 2hrs making it impossible to sleep.

The motel was clean and quiet. We prefer to have HVAC units that allow us to have a fan on for white noise. Our room did not allow that.

Nice rooms with kitchenette stocked with dishes and utensil and for a good price. Also, in the lobby there is an area where you can borrow all sorts of appliances, books, movies, etc. Very convenient! The TVs are very small. About a 15 minute drive from downtown and UND. Overall, a good stay

"Bring your own toilet paper"
