"Great stay"

The tile floors in the room were sticky otherwise everything else was great. If we ever get back to South Bend we’ll be staying there again. Very relaxing stay.

Clean, quiet, safe hotel, very close to airport. Hotel had a snow shovel guests were allowed to use to shovel around their cars, which made it easier to pack up on a snowy morning.

"Worse experience at hotel I have had in years "

Worse service ever. What hotel in the world, literally in the world does not accept a US Passport for ID. You are next to an International Airport for gods sake.
