Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay again next time we are in town

I was disappointed that the breakfast was limited to Coffee and anything else was charged. No on staff Help w/ the cleanliness of this area. Not the norm Anymore at hotels.

Great customer service! Only downside is no free breakfast. Appreciated the complimentary coffee though. Also, check out is not until 11am, yet housekeeping was knocking by 10:30 to get in, which was frustrating. Maybe I missed it, but I did not see a "Do Not Disturb" sign to or on the door to prevent this.

Very nice mid level Hotel. Only thing missing was onsite breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

When we checked in were told we had no Reservation. The clerk just had a cancellation she gave us or we would have not had a room. Will not use Expedia again.

Your site said I was getting a specific style of room, and upon check in was told your site booked me a “whatever is available room”, which left me sharing a bed with my father instead of a pull out clinch. Your site put a tarnish on the trip that was supposed to bring dad some happiness after the loss of my mother, his wife.

I would suggest staying at this hotel for it was clean, the room was great, very little noise could be heard.

Very clean room but the trash in the bathroom had not been emptied and was over flowing
