Cuando reserve la habitación ponía que el hotel tenía piscina ..la cual estaba cerrada , ponía que el el dormitorio tenía bañera de hidromasaje , tampoco fue cierto ... Tubimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas..estaba la calefacción a tope día y noche era insoportable estar .. nos pusieron dos camas individuales juntas y tenían ruedas imposible mantenerlas juntas , fue una odisea dormir juntos ...el hotel viejo y con olor a rancio .. en la ducha salía muy poca agua ... No repetiriamos ,personal muy amable

"Nice hotel, but loud music "

Stayed 1 night with family of 4. Hotel is nice. Room was spacious with bunk beds and 2 single beds. Bathroom was large. Room was very clean. Woke up at 2am to very loud music just outside our room. It continued until after 3:30am making sleep very difficult. Not sure if this was a one time event or if it’s regular occurrence.

"Unreliable - Reservation cancelled by hotel 1 week before our arrival"

Be very careful when booking this hotel. When overbooked, the hotel cancels your reservation on short term! We are very disappointed about the unreliability and unprofessional behavior of the hotel-management. The Rooms were booked 6 month in advance and it was cancelled 1 week before our arrival without any plausible explanation.
