Room was not freshend each day as noted on placard- mostly for towel replacement-had to reprogram room key several times-Tv was very dated- hotel needs a refresh- there are MANY other choices to look at in Slidell- do better. Room was clean but dated.

If you are into dogs this is the place to be! I counted 7 dogs at check in. Next morning urine was everywhere outside. You had to be careful not to step in it
The moisture in the hotel room was horrible. The bed still wet. The carpets were wet. They were doing remodeling down the hallway. It was stinky. The room stunk there was mold on the walls. The only thing good about the whole thing with the breakfast.
The property is in the middle of a remodel, which is needed. The place just feels tired. It was worth the price we paid. It is clean and the breakfast is fine. Staff is nice. Perfectly fine for one or two nights.
Driving back from being on the East coast. I’ve been to this La Quinta many times. Always very comfortable.
Very pleasant staff but the room needed a bit of TLC. The bathroom vent rattled all night.
The staff member that checked me in was polite. The checkout notification was odd. A woman w/ a clipboard beat on the room door 2min before checkout to ask if I was leaving. I was gathering my bags to head out. Her actions were direct, startling, and unnecessary. The room was clean. It is an older property. Renovations are needed. Hotel management is aware, many of the common areas were in the process of being renovated.
