It was ok
It was unfortunate but the hotel had a pipe burst and it smelled musty everywhere. We were not informed of this.Loud fans drying out the floors.
Room smelled like mold
Property boasted a hot tub. We called to confirm and were given the hours of operation. We checked in and asked about the hit tub, the greeter even explained towels were available, however neglected to explain the hot tub was out of order... until we went out to it and found it cold. Several other amenities were also out of order, including our toilet which they had us plunge ourselves.
Enjoyed our stay and the helpful staff.
My room smelled bad like someone was smoking in it
everything good, no complaints
The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good. However the hot-tub was out of order and there was a post in the elevator stating that room will be cleaned only for customer staying more than 3 days. Nevertheless we stayed 2 days and they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom but provided additional towels. They also let us check-in 2 hours early which was really appreciated.
Need remodeling
La Quinta is always one of my favorite hotels
