The property is easily accessible, clean, and with good customer service. The price is reasonable. We loved the stay in this hotel. The only recommendations is to keep the carpets in the hall way and the elevator clean in order to maintain the fresh scent outside the rooms.
Aged but clean room and friendly staffs at the front desk. Definitely will recommend to our friends who plan to visit New Orleans.
Easy check in and out. Double Queen room was clean and included the basics.
The room was spacious. But it was stinky. So was terrible for someone who is sensitive to smell

What I didn't like is that I got charged 1 day to reserve the hotel. Through Expedia, I got charged again the full price and never was refunded. The one day that they charged me to reserve it.
The first room was used . I had to return to the desk for a new room. The night staff were pretty friendly but the day time crew were not that friendly .
The hotel rooms are in much needed upgrading. The lamps were in poor condition. The refrigerator made a ticking sound and some water leaked into the lower level. The bathroom with the toilet and shower was tight even though the sink was outside. This style of the sink outside of the room with the toilet and shower prevents washing hands after using the toilet until you step outside. The TV was so small as compared to the width of the dresser cabinet that housed the refridge and the microwave. At minimum, it should be at least 50 inch. The microwave had a minute 'dial' on it and a missing handle. The microwave looked like it was produced in the 90s.A couple of lampshades were stained and had some punctures in it. WHAT WE LIKED: The service in the dining area was excellent. The check-in staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Miss Amanda who managed the buffet was so accommodating to our needs. She kept the area clean and the food was fresh and hot. She was so nice and wanted to make sure we were pleased with everything. She is an excellent employee. RECOMMENDATION: Invest some money in the hotel rooms. Candlewood Suites and Homewood Suites in same area had many more vehicles in the parking lot and customers during our stay. La Quinta parking lot was nearly empty every night during our 4 day stay which may be a factor due to the condition of the rooms. It is convenient to the area we needed to visit but the
They were all very nice, room was pristine, breakfast was hot and ready. All in all, fantastic property. I would stay here again.
The hotel wasn’t very clean. The carpet in the hallway as well as in our room had a musty smell. The side door from parking lot was not ever locked at night as I believe the lock was broken. Furniture in room was dirty, chair arm rets were worn and dirty. The staff downstairs was nice, friendly and helpful though.
