The door keys don't work consistently...had to get keys reset twice during 3-day stay (far too much). Quiet property...just didn’t enjoy the scenery from the unit's window (woods).
Bed very comfortable, but pillows need to be improved. Also, heater worked, but made strange noises all night. So upgraded AC and pillows would give hotel a higher score!
This place is great- very safe for women, very safe for families. It's about a 35 minute drive to the French quarter, so beware of that, but honestly the safety of the area alone makes it worth it. The room was spacious and clean, and the property was quiet. Pets are allowed, for a fee. That's not mentioned on this site- so be aware it's $25 and non-refundable. The breakfast is wonderful, the property is safe, clean, and quiet, and I have no complaints. It's a great hotel, and we'll be back again.
Clean place
We slept well with no noise noticed. The biscuits & gravy was delicious. The front desk staff was very nice. We liked it so well that this was our return visit on the same trip.
The lady running the breakfast area. She was so helpful and welcoming. She was allways asking what she could help with. She is a treasure,that all hotel chains need .
Good sevice
Lots of dog poop in grassy areas. Need to put up signs and poop bag dispenser's. Hard to walk a dog without stepping in poop. Staff was friendly.
We had a great stay. Rooms were spacious and staff were very friendly.
