Grainger House Hotel

Arrived at the hotel approximately 18:00 on 16th May. I have to admit that the grounds resembled a refuse tip

1 towel only, no tea, coffee, milk or sugar, no thermostat on radiator, mattress was uncomfortable and no chair, or remote for TV

Nothing. The location was good.

Property had no heating at the time so the rooms were freezing and made it uncomfortable. The hot water was not hot only warm (not warm enough to shower) the room was filthy and there was an overall bad smell throughout the hotel. The room was for 4 people but only 2 cups and 2 glasses which were mismatched. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful peaceful gardens. Glass stained windows and roasting hot electric showers. Very helpful and kind staff

Shower was good that was about it

The service, the damp sheets, the smell , the uncomfortable bed, no heating

I liked the place very much. It is clean and comfortable, with shops nearby. The staff are polite and very helpful.

There is nothing I didn't like.
