We liked the location. The rooms are clean.

We got the impresion that the staff at the reception favors turist that are coming in tours, usually on their way to "Barrancas del Cobre". But for Mexican tourists we felt a litle bit on the downside, even tough we were paying the same rate. Our waiter at the "El Zorro show" was very nice and that is the only reason I didn't give the lowest score to the staff, but other than that, you can really feel the difference. Too sad to experience.

Near everything in the central area. Very comfortable bed and room.

Many steps or ramps up to rooms and main area, no elevator.

The buildings, ceilings and the dining room are beautiful. The grounds in general are lovely. We missed the Zorro show but it sounded camp- promising.

The food is not the strong suit. We saw the dinners included in the package tours and decided against. The breakfast buffet was average, and not memorable.

Great place- still quite full of tour parties but not in your face like the sister hotel in Barrancas- Le Mirador

Nothing- we had a great stay

Siempre tienen un excelente servicio con los huéspedes, las instalaciones de lo mejor y la alberca climatizada, sin duda muy buena experiencia llegar a este hotel.

This is one of the most intriguing hotels we have encountered. A complex facility with numerous beautiful courtyards. The Zorro show was well-paced and just the right length. Meals were excellent.
