Hola bien en general sin embargo las almohadas están terribles, es un lugar increíble bonito, la atención creo que al personal le hace falta experiencia en hoteleria.En el establecimiento hacen eventos que me parece bien por el lugar sin embargo uno quiere descansar y en el tiempo de descanso deben ser prudentes con el volumen.

it’s a lovely old building, lots of history, a beautiful style. the room was beautiful, a good size and an awesome bathroom.

it’s a bit run down, asking for 5 star money and not offering the 5 star experience . no tea coffee making facilities in the room, no safe. the expensive juice for breakfast was not even fresh juice, in Mexico? madness. the breakfast was just ok, much better food in every direction in el fuerte and much cheaper. tortillas arrived after i had finished my breakfast, no apology. expensive average coffee. could be so much better. we stayed as my wife used to go to this hotel with her family 40, 50 years ago to swim and to go to the disco there in the 80s. so for her it was very nostalgic, which i think they are relying on. other hotels as good in town at half the price.

Make sure you have mosquito spray, the hotel has beautiful gardens and i don’t think the spray so the mosquitoes are a real problem

This hotel is built around the former governor's mansion built in the late 1600's. El Fuerte was the center of the revolution of the early 1800's when the people of Mexico took back their country from a dictator. The hotel has antiques galore, and a courtyard like you've never seen. This sprawling property has gardens everywhere. It is right off the main square and two blocks from the river and main fort. Unbelievable hotel and location. Price was great!
