I found a roach in the tanning room and the pictures of the court yard on the website are not even close to reality

close to beach cleaning meet standards and things for kids to do and staff handled situations the best they could beach was clean

we didn't have hot water boiler was down

On the boardwalk

My room was given to someone else but they gave same type room but one floor up. Ceiling had signs of what looked like mold on it. We talked with desk and they sent maintenence up with cleaner which took black spotted area off of ceiling. Used to stay her years ago but doubt we will return.

The staff was excellent, accommodating every need. From the front desk Avian was the best. But everyone in housekeeping & maintenance were also very accommodating. Location was excellent too

WiFi lack of ; the two days of cloudy rainy weather, which one knows isn't your fault. God knows!

Room was decent size and comfortable

Toilet has black mold in it, beds weren’t made properly, phone in room did not work to call front desk a couple of times

Beds and water pressure

Everything was Dirty, outdated, smelled like weed, they ran out of bath towels, indoor pool/hot tub dirty.

I liked that it was on the boardwalk and there was indoor pool, the arcade, stocked vending machines, could see the ocean from my room.

very dirty, room was dirty, shower was dirty, wall in bathroom looked like it was coming off, moldy air conditioner, room smelled musty, outside in the parking lot was also really dirty, trash everywhere, the pools didn't look clean and the water was murky.

The location was good and the staff were very friendly.

I felt like the online pictures didn't match the reality of the room. The sink barely drained. There was mold in the bathroom. Just overall looks like a lack of maintenance and updating. For example....little pieces of the tile grout came out of the bathroom floor every time we walked on it.
