Flagship Oceanfront

Not enough elevators,, very long way to carry luggage to get to the rooms. Outside chairs were broken, carpets dirty, small beds, refrigerator was very old , Our house keeper was very sweet.

We liked all the amenities, indoor/ outdoor pool. Liked the ocean view and being right on the boardwalk. All the extras expecially for the kids, pirates ship and arcade were a big hit. The staff were excellent!

Ac didnt seem to work that well in our room and some of the hallways, the place is very dated and could use updates. The indoor pool could be alittle more inviting, it was very dark in there even during the day time.

Location was decent, the bar location was our favorite part. Happy Jacks across the way is a must visit.

The room was VERY dirty, I had to clean it some. Also the air conditioner did not work in our room and after several contacts to the front desk it was not fixed.

Can't beat the price for location

Clean, staff was nice, right on boardwalk Absolutely not the properties fault but no tram this year. We found out too late the bus is only $4.

Nothing i like that its away from the attractions and stores .

Friendly and very helpful staff. Property is completely run down horrible carpet stains everywhere. Air conditioner hanging on by the last thread not cooling comfortably. Room was stale smelling due to temperature fluctuating between hot and cool.

The indoor pool never closes. It's open 24/7. The pool bar was also one of the reasons we booked there. The price for a week's stay was only $1200. That's pretty unbeatable for an oceanfront & boardwalk location.

The only issues we had were cosmetic & with the air conditioning. The 3rd floor AC wasnt not working and it stayed hot in our room the entire week. We could also see down into the second floor from our bathroom threshold. The wallpaper in our room was peeling, and we could see outside from cracks in the exterior wall that went out to the balcony.
