Flagship Oceanfront

Perfect location! Close to Dunkin, the boardwalk and everything you need. Pool and hot tub, pool was closed on our last night. Hotel needs major cleaning and upgrades. Stayed for 4 nights Aug25. Won’t stay here again.

The pool

Refrigerator froze everything we put in it, there was a hole in the bathroom floor, no coffee pot, toaster didn’t work, no utensils, a phone with no hook up no clock or decor. Never had a maid show up, we had to go ask for towels and toilet paper.would never stay here again.

Great location on the beach, But the room wasn’t very clean, We had to move to another room because of the smell in the room and the second room we moved into was a little better……you get what you pay for!!!

Some areas was not very clean

The location was ok. I liked that it was right by the beach

Nothing worked. The power button on the remote. The toiled clogged. I found a literal cockroach. The fridge was rusted. The bed was very uncomfortable. The WiFi barely worked. The front staff was asleep when I went to check out & other staff were trying to wake her up over and over. The front desk staff was not friendly. Not at check in. Not at check out. Maintenance was rude. Housekeeping was nice and helpful but that’s it. I was very disappointed in my stay.

The courtyard looks nothing like in the picture. The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. We were on the 1st floor so the room above us could be heard when people were walking around which was pretty late at night, other than that everything else was great. I enjoyed the fact that it was steps away from the ocean and we even enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.
