Location, ability to check out but access to facility, the staff were excellent

Facilities need updated. The guest shower to rinse off after the beach needed attention. Guests left their towels, soap etc in the shower.

Dirty Had to get a new room because of black mold. Staff was awful. Girl couldn’t even get out of her chair to check us out. She said leave the keys on the counter. Had to park a block down the street.

The lack of security was very disturbing. All Outside door were propped open or otherwise unlocked. Additionally there is no actual barrier for adjacent rooms to not come to your balcony. In fact someone took our patio table from our balcony! I also think they could improve room locks and patio door locks. In general they appear to have some questionable guests and no real way to protect yourself or your belongings.

The staff was very friendly; esp the one manager he went above and beyond (even carried all our groceries to our room)

The rooms are very musky smelling, was accused of smoking causing a huge family argument. Our clothes were taken out the washer when not completed by other guests. Dirty indoor pool && hot tub, Location is the very last block of boardwalk no stored for blocks.

Nice pool, close to boardwalk and ocean, near restaurant.

Bad smells, Mold around bathroom and kitchen, needs painting throughout hotel, door handle was broken, dirty throughout hotel, consistent smell of rotting fish, and overall bad maintenance.
