Location is a plus very close to boardwalk and stores. You can simply walk to the beach within 2 minutes.

I wish there was more security surrounding the pool area. I noticed both pool gates anyone can access regardless if you’re staying at the hotel or not. How is this being monitored? During my boardwalk walks I noticed other hotels had keypads on the door handle to access the hotel/pool. The cleaning staff only came once to my room which they did a great job but never came back during the rest of my stay. The parking lot the garage smelled horrible which is not a pleasant smell to walk by. Certain things are outdated the play area does NOT look like what’s portrayed in the picture. Also my pillow had a blood stain i threw the pillow on the floor and it was put back the next day without changing the pillow case. I inspected everything including bedding, linens, carpet & bathroom. I did disinfect with Clorox wipes just to keep my brain and OCD calm.

The overall cleanliness of the entire property. As well as my room individually had multiple leaks. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned properly in weeks as well ass a black mold growing in the corner.

The location. Nothing else

Water damage on walls of room. Couldn’t use sleeper sofa portable air was blocking it since air conditioner didn’t work. Mold on plate on wall covering water damage. Bathroom door couldn’t be closed it stuck so you couldn’t open it from the inside.

The staff was excellent! The hot tub was relaxing!!

Was very outdated & not very clean.

The pictures posted online are EXTREMELY old. Beds are not good(mine was broken), not the cleanest and then expected a tip as a cleaner when she only came in once to drop toilet paper off and empty the trash.
