Dolphin Beach Resort

Loved our beach access! There was an issue with AC, but was fixed the next day. Next year bringing the extended family - perfect location for families!!

My family and I have been coming to this hotel for more than 10 years, it’s been a tradition to come here at least twice a year in the summer. The hotel is always clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home especially the front desk staffs kenniyah ,Rita and Launen they always make us feel very welcome and comfortable.this resort is close to anything you can ask for, Publix, Starbucks,CVS and restaurants. I love this resort

Very clean rooms, staff was friendly and accommodating. The bartenders were awesome and the food was good, not typical hotel food. I would recommend this to a friend.

Buen servicio

I’m going to start this review with the check in process. I booked my family’s stay through Expedia. We spent around $2300 plus for 3 night stay for 2 rooms. Now when we arrived to the hotel and we were charged an additional $600 plus due to 3rd party booking as well as hotel fees. Why is this not included in Expedia, so people can see the actual price, not be surprised once you arrive at the hotel. On our second day of this stay the air conditioner went out. We weren’t able to sleep because it was so hot in the rooms. It was 80 sum degrees in the room. The kids we crying because it was too hot. We went to front desk to let them know and they seemed annoyed. Our rooms started to feel a bit cooler (around 74 or 75) on the third night of our stay. Overall terrible experience

Not well kept up. Pool deck not picked up from the pool goers the day before. Hallways were not well kept. Towels strung about, trash sitting out.

I loved this property and will be coming here next year. Freebee is available for free transportation around st. Pete beach. The resort is gorgeous, and has two bars. And they set up a bar on the beach during the day. The amount of amenities that are provided in the resort fee is so nice, and the beach being right there is the whole reason I chose this place.

Everything was as I expected.
