Dolphin Beach Resort

Air conditioning was broke when we checked in and had been broke. This resulted in floor and beds feeling wet from the humidity. Room smelled horrible from being closed up with no air. They should have let incoming guests know of the situation before arriving. The entire property is very outdated! We pulled back the covers and the fitted sheet had hair all over it. Our only compensation was a $50 resort fee. This is not a resort!!

The management cares nothing aboutvthe customer who books through outside agencies. They had no a/c. Did not offer another room . Water would not turn off in tub. Room was musty and damp. Humid do to a/c not properly working. Not what the pictures online portrays. Had to check out from feeling nauseous, due to room humidity and temperature. Broke a/c on 4th of july evening after being in hot sun all day. Then next day still no relief. They never even came ro my room to check.

Over all great place for families not willing to go bankrupt on fancy beach hotels.the place offers every thing you need, however a they should think of remodeling the place in the near future.

Staff is friendly and location is right on the beach. Place is a bit dirty and lots of drinking noisy adults vibe, leave the kids home.

There are lot of hidden fees, the rooms are very dirty, air conditioning is very noisy along with outside units on the 2nd floor.

There are lot of hidden ”terms and conditions”, the rooms are very dirty, air conditioning is very noisy along with outside units on each floor. The ice machine didn’t work. There were dirty towels on the floor in the hallway.

The view, the pool atmosphere, the tiki bar and music and people, and beach were all perfect getaway. It was simple and made relaxing easy. No bathroom by pool was tough but we made do.
