Old Hall Hotel

The food was really good the staff were friendly and helpfull x all very clean enjoyed our stay x Parking worked out well x very handy for the theatre and shops x all very good x would recommend tje hotel to anyone x

The age and history of the building, quietness of the building. The location was perfect the Opera House.

Breakfast was excellent. The food was well cooked and the coffee very good. Great waiter. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size. We had a problem with the TV on the first night (buffering) but that was put right for the following evening.

The lift. Pity bar snacks or evening meal were not available at this site.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Good sized bathroom with a bath and shower. The breakfast was good especially the coffee. Nice bar area and drinks not too expensive. The staff were exceptionally nice and could not do enough for you . A big thank you to Alastair and his fabulous team.

Room was covered in cobwebs, some areas had mould up the walls and ceiling needs slot of attention to fix up

From begining to end our stay was a fabulous one... From checking in with the lovely Amy.🥰 Our room was amazing, quirky and quaint..very clean, spacious everything we needed for our stay from tea & coffee making facilities.. to samples of shower gel, body lotion and shampoo and conditioner...🙂 Our bed was very comfy spotlessly clean and extremely spacious.. the sheets and pillowcases laundered to perfection and were fresh and sparkling clean. We had a lovely breakfast yesterday plenty of choice fruit ,yoghurt, cereal, toast with marmalade and bacon, eggs mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, hash browns, pastries etc all served on beautiful tables set up in a bright and airy dining room.. This hotel has a very homely feel to it.. all the staff are lovely and friendly and very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. Check out yesterday was very smooth too. we asked if we could leave our luggage until we were ready for departure which was later in the afternoon...no problem the young man on reception Alastair Massey.. a perfect stay we will be definitely be back again.
