Location was good

Filthy, black mould, in dire need of refurbishment, the carpet and bathroom flooring wasnt fixed down, lights were hanging off the wall. Not worth the money at all. Was misled but the photos on the website

Comfy beds Very clean bathroom and bedroom Excellent location for town, spa, Pavillion Gardens, Opera House. All a short stroll away. Really good breakfast. Friendly reception staff Good value for money.

Staff at breakfast were unwelcoming and miserable.

"I wouldn’t book again. This hotel needs a major makeover. It’s more like Fawlty Towers"

Location good although parking difficult as no car park and it was very congested outside

Shabby inside. Poor bar food st lunchtime and quality of staff poor.
