Freshly painted, perfectly cleaned, old world Cape Cod feeling, directly on the beautiful beach. Short walk to town along beautiful, interesting street.

We stayed in the Helen Rubenstein cottage, which is the closest cottage to the water. The location is fantastic with beautiful views. The cottage/condo was big enough for the 3 of us. Living furniture is a bit tired. The unit was clean, but minimal kitchen linens (not even paper towels). The light over the dining room table had some electrical glitch which seemed like they were aware of yet not fixed~ not a huge deal but annoying. All in all hard to beat the location from Commerical St & the water but a little furniture refresh would go a long way as well as adding a washer /dryer.

What an amazing winter get away! This quaint property is bustling all summer and remains open year round. We had a fabulous 3 night stay in late January 2025. Our cottage was a one bedroom with a full kitchen / dining area and a living room with an amazing huge picture window facing the Provincetown Harbor. The sunrises are spectacular and at sunset the sand and water turn the most beautiful pink I’ve ever seen. We were lucky to witness a large coyote on the sand in low tide and a fox enjoying its breakfast right outside our window. It was a magical, peaceful and perfectly quiet stay. I would highly recommend this amazing property at any time of year. In the winter, the nature and quiet are at its highest! Thank you to the staff and owners for our fabulous stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Masthead. #39 is a great two floor cottage with a beautiful water view. And we saved money with the full kitchen...breakfast every morning and cooked dinner twice. And an easy walk to Victor's bistro, and Ptown's shopping area.

I highly recommend the Masthead. My husband and I have stayed there many times. All the cottages, for example, have something unique to offer. And I appreciate the contact less check-in, and responsive staff. Also love the ocean views, and a chance to take a beach walk. Thank you Masthead!

The view of the bay from our suite was amazing! The decor was so tasteful, and perfect vintage Cape Cod. The bed was very comfy and shower was great, and so was WiFi.
