"Pleasant stay with friendly staff and a great New Year’s celebration"

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Salalah. The hotel is clean, calm, and overall a solid, comfortable choice. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We would especially like to mention Shahangir, who was responsible for the pool area, Rhea at the beach bar, and the chef preparing omelets at breakfast – their service truly stood out and made our stay more enjoyable. The New Year’s Eve celebration was very well organized, and we genuinely enjoyed the event. It was a great highlight of our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. Overall, Hilton Salalah offers a peaceful and reliable stay, and we were very satisfied with our experience.

The air conditioning in the room could not be adjusted to a warmer temperature – it could only be turned off completely. As our room did not receive any direct sunlight during the day, it remained quite cold, which affected overall comfort. The buffet restaurant selection was rather average, and gluten-free options were very limited, which was disappointing. In addition, the hotel is located quite far from other services and restaurants. As a result, dining options outside the hotel were not easily accessible, and we mostly had to rely on the hotel’s own offerings.

Понравился климат и море. Номер достаточно большой.

1.Расположение возле грузового порта и цементного завода. 2. В номере только мыло и шампунь. Нет ни тапочек ни полотенец. 3. Уборка номеров вечером, когда все уже возвращаются с пляжа. 4. На завтраке ужасная выпечка, как-будто не первый день там лежит.
