"Never again"

I was expecting a few relaxing days at the beach after an 8 day tour of Oman.. which was spectacular. The beach here is awful. The scenery is beautiful.. infinite white sand but after a few hours, you dont know what to do. No swimming, no snorkelling.. the water is grey, cold and very rough. The pool is freezing. I want to go back home!!!! After spending all this money for 4 people, I was expecting a beach holiday!!!

"A class Hotel"

The property is well maintained and ideally located, and the staff are well-behaved, professional, and genuinely try their best to keep guests happy. However, during busy hours the staffing at the reception and pool bar area seems insufficient. The team is clearly working very hard, but the shortage leads to delays and visible frustration, which is a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Also, basic amenities like slippers and a bathrobe were not provided, which is unexpected in this category of hotel. Overall, a good stay with scope for improvement in staffing levels and in-room amenities.

"It was a beautiful place, relaxing stay and I would definitely want to come back and enjoy."

I loved the location, it was beautiful outside. The staff were friendly: the man cleaning our room was amazing, and the lady wearing a hijab at the Mayfair cafe gave us delicious coffee, was kind and had a beautiful and welcoming smile/vibe.

I didn’t like the pillows, they weren’t very comfortable. Sometimes I called from my room whether it was reception or to clean the room, no one picked up.

Das Essen war sehr eintönig gekocht und die angeblich warmen Speisen meistens kalt. Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel völlig ungenügend. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.
