Thank you to the staff and front desk personnel for your service, professionalism and patience. You provided assistance with my copies request which helped me complete my assignment. My room was spotless, spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend the Crowne Plaza Fort Myers Gulf Coast specially because it is close to the airport.

Everything was a great experience for a business traveler. Everyone was professional and courteous. A special compliment to Nick the night shift desk person. He is outstanding. The only issue and it is minor is the seat cushions in the dining room need to be redone because of age. When you sit you sink about 4 inches. Overall a great experience and will continue to make it my hotel when in Ft. Myers

Top rate hotel with great front desk employees! Room was great with very comfortable bedding. Super clean and had a fresh feeling. Bar staff was the only downside as the poor girl was very slow and untrained. Would stay again when visiting the area.

I had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ft. Myers Gulf Coast! The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the experience even better. The location is perfect — close to many restaurants and with easy access to I-75. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely stay here again!
