Beautiful property. Clean, well appointed rooms.

We were not aware that the breakfast was not complimentary. We were told at check in that breakfast was served and given the time, but it was not mentioned that it was a $15 charge per person.

"This IHG Crowne Plaza ticks all the boxes"

Splendid Hotel recently had a make over to such a high standard you would think you are in a brand new hotel. The bedroom had very pleasant decor with a comfortable bed. Bathroom a good size with walk in shower. We had free breakfast from a comprehensive buffet which is open daily to 11.am. The pool area was very nice good size so you can do lengths for one’s daily exercise also a hot tub is situated next to the pool. Extremely friendly staff

I never received my $20.00 for breakfast that I eat at your restaurant, the breakfast was $29.39 and never received the credit show her my couple from front desk she never gave a credit I seen it on my card I paid on the breakfast.

Upon arriving I was warmly welcomed by Nick the manager. I travel often and frequently stay at different hotel brands. He was one of the friendliest, kindest, professional and courteous front desk employees i have ever encountered. I truly felt appreciated as a guest at the hotel. I look forward to returning.
