Stayed for a week while my daughter was at swim camp. The front desk manager Kurtis greeted us when we got there and was so friendly every day he worked offering to help us up with our bags, etc. The hotel was very clean and comforting and the pool was 10/10!

"Luke Bryan concert stay"

Great stay. Easy access from interstate highway. Great staff, good bar and restaurant area. Room was very clean and nice comfy bed. Used our IHG anniversary night for the stay. Great views from room. Breakfast was very good buffet style. Would recommend

This was my 1st time lodging with the Crown Plaza hotel. However, I hope it won't be my last! Customer service was stellar from start to finish. Shuttle drivers were so respectful & helpful -not to mention the $$$ we saved being picked up then dropped off @ the airport. Bartenders & kitchen staff, & housekeeping all professional, patient, & very accommodating. And oh! the complimentary breakfast 🤤😋!! Those augratin potato patties were 2nd to none & the eggs were hot& fluffy, oranges were sweet & juicy I couldn't get enough of them as well as breakfast in general. Rooms & linen near spotless - they went out of their way to make me happy - succeeded with flying colors!!! 👍🏾

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks largely to the fantastic staff. The night manager, Nick, was especially impressive—he handled our last-minute changes with ease and made sure everything went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, making our visit truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

"To expenseive not worth the price"

It was clean. It's not worth the price. Live entertainment was a guy on the side of the bar with, one of those metal drums things. Pretty nice looking pool.

The location is at least 25 minute drive from downtown. No pay preview channels. No hot tub in room Which is why I picked this Hotel in the first place.

really like the hotel, we go every year, but this time I had a very bad taste in my mouth. When I checked in, they didn't offer me the special offer at the bar (which I know they do every Friday and they always offer it to me), and the people who serve at breakfast were very unfriendly. I arrived, they didn't offer me anything. They've done this before, and it was so bad that one of them followed me because I only signed the receipt and didn't put a tip. She followed me to ask why it was blank, it was in very bad taste. I love the hotel, but the service from the breakfast people is very bad.
