Very few amenities and no soap in the sink and there is only 1 elevator

I rarely leave a feedback. But I had an experience which is above and beyond and deserves praise. My dad and I stayed with Holiday Inn Brussels Schuman in September of 2024. My dad became ill and spent two afternoons in the hospital. The staff was so extremely supportive and helpful. The manager, Dominic went out of his way to ensure my dad was comfortable and I had what I needed to care for him. The team at the front desk; Hilda, Jed and Stefania were there to answer any questions and help as needed. The breakfast staff, which included Michaela helped to ensure my dad was well fed and nourished. These guys made a hotel a home. I do highly recommend staying here and with this team of experts. Thank you for making a possible difficult time, so much easier and memorable.

Very good place to stay in Brussels. Very central to many places metro, train, restaurants, groceries etc.

Be careful, I had a reservation in this hotel that needed to cancel and, although being on time to cancel without penalties the hotel charged me the first night and nlw I need to fight with the bank to have my money back, as IHG hotel phone never answers. I tried to call also IHG customer service and they cut the call after 20 min of waiting.

A super hotel in the European quartier. It is welcoming and friendly. The manager, Angelo de Coen, is nice, chatty and very professional. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Rooms are pleasant. The location is perfect for business meetings in Brussels European district. Well done to all staff.

Great location, VERY convenient to the metro station near the EU headquarters, only a 3 minute walk. Hotel is very modern and clean but the perfume/cologne is so strong in the lobby it gave me a headache. Our room faced the back of the hotel where there was a huge loud bar mitzvah across the courtyard going on Friday and Saturday night until 2 am in the morning. Not the hotel's fault but the noise was awful.

Nice hotel, close to the EU institutions, 2-3 mins walking distance. It's the kind of hotel for business purposes only. It's not the kind of hotel I would choose for a vacation. It's clean, confortable, nice ammenities. The room is a decent size, it has an iron and an ironning table, as I said, ideal for business trips. The breakfast is good enough, make your own waffles was the nice part of it.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the Schuman Metro station (thank goodness for Google Maps), but it does depend on whether you find the right exit point. I arrived before the official check in time, so I left my luggage at the hotel to explore the city. I checked in when I returned back to the hotel after 3pm. The check in process was seamless and Filipe, the gentleman at the front desk, convinced me to include breakfast in my room rate; which I did not regret. A heavy breakfast keeps you going past lunchtime. Filipe was always friendly and a great help. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. The room I was assigned to was comfortable and fulfilled my needs. If you are into recycling, as I am, there are bins at the hotel entrance where you can put your items in. There are two things I would like to feedback on, the first of which pertains to the WiFi connection. For some reason, I have had to log in time and time again to maintain the connection, even when I am in my room or breakfast room, as it keeps disconnecting. Secondly, the pedal of the bathroom dustbin needs looking into, as it seems to be faulty. Aside from that, all is good and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.
