I think it was a nice hotel. I would stay there again.

The Hotel is away from the centre, but right next to the Metro with easy access to all areas of Brussels. My room was bright, modern and clean with a bay window overlooking the street. Whilst not overly luxurious the room was very comfortable a reasonable size. I didn't use the restaurant, but the desk staff were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Good hotel for EU but too far to walk to historic centre

The hotel was lovely, inside and out. Very clean, lovely décor and friendly staff. I found breakfast was too expensive so we chose not to have this. The location was good as long as you are happy using the buses and metro as it is not centrally located in the most popular area, although there are still things to do! Very good location for the bus to and from the airport! We were slightly let down by a noisy neighbour on our second night who was banging on our door at 4am in the morning. We did try to call reception staff to sort this out but nobody was answering. We informed reception in the morning and they did apologise and refunded our night stay. We were very let down by this as the hotel was lovely apart from this!

Holiday Inn Schuman was an excellent choice for first time travellers to Brussels. The Metro is very close by, there is a beautiful park within walking distance and the accomadation is very comfortable. Staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast selection was just amazing.

It's was a pretty good stay overall. Good location in Brussels. However, they didn't change the sheets in our room for the whole week that we were there which was disappointing.
