Excellent service, friendly atmosphere, very clean and comfortable rooms, perfect location, very near tube station.

The room was small, but apart from that everything was great. Fair pricing, clean, helpful staff and good transportation to the city center. I would go again.

My room was right next to the elevator and it was noisy. Breakfast was very tasty and generous.

Good location, but a bad heating system - it takes very long hours to get the room heated

The hotel is very well located but staff could be better. At 2h pm my room was still not clean. The staff at breakfast inquires your room number without salutating you and do not even date to have other meals there it takes to long and you will be eating frozen precooked food. Becore I only had work stays for medrincas at Brussels and I thought thisbhotel was ok, but not for pleasure travel. Very pour service for the money.
