Nice people, clean room

Hotel is quite a bit far from the main plaza, you have to take the metro. Breakfast is $16 euros p/p which seems expensive compared to other places. I got free drinks per stay, however it's confusing as they said it based per stay. I had 3 different reservationsI and enjoyed different Belgium beers every night. Because of the blood stained in my sheets I will never stay in this place again, it reflects the lack of compromise with health standards.

Issues with on-site parking promised. First room claimed a double bed but was 2 singles pushed together (with a hair on them). They did allow us to change room so that was ok. Room was quite small and stuffy (window locks and poor air conditioning) but otherwise average comfort as you would expect.

I was travelling for a business trip, and used the hotel for sleeping. The room was very clean and with a very comfortable bed. Very practically located next to the EU Institutions and the staff friendly and willing to help out.

Very good location, quiet and walkable area, the rooms are modern and comfortable but a little small, nice service.

Very friendly staff !!

In the midst of the travel ban by the US, the employees were so helpful and kind.

I didn't like having to leave the room by 11 as I had an afternoon meeting and could have done with using the room to work in a bit longer
