"Great location for exploring Aix-les-Bains"

Easy to find accomodation on the outskirts of Aix-les-Bains.Great sized room with balcony. Extra seating in the room added to the comfort. The staff were very friendly and efficient in dealing with all of our queries. A lovely spa area with outside sun loungers. The quality of food in the restaurant was good. Ideal for a short or longer stay.

Hotel très agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Espace spa des plus agréables. Le restaurant est également excellent, dommage que le service soit aussi mal organisé. Nous avons du attendre 20 minutes pour avoir un apéritif qui est arrivé en même temps que l'entrée ! L'hotel est un peu loin du centre ville.

"Perfekt gelegen und sauber"

Hôtel sehr gut gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Der Balkon war super da niemand von den anderen Zimmer Einblick hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. War schön zum 4 mal da und komme bestimmt wieder

"Excellent"

Although we wake up at 04:30 am because of pipe leakage in the bathroom that caused flood all over the sleeping room , the reaction of the front desk was incredible - in a few minutes he change our room , stoped the leakage and promised not to charge our staying at that night. All other things was very good. It was a kind of nightmare but we know it can happen and its very important to know that the man from the front desk was efficient and immediately ofer us compensation.

Chambres spacieuses avec balcon et bien équipées, les salles de bains mériteraient un rafraichissement, une douche à l'italienne serait mieux que la baignoire /douche à l'ancienne

Les esthéticiennes sont au top. les repas sont bons. Le spa est trop petit mais étant donné la rénovation de l'établissement quand je reviendrai je suppose que tout sera parfait. il faut faire taire les mauvaises langues.... Le personnel est très aimable. Nous avons apprécié. Faites les travaux et nous reviendrons.

"Cher pour la Réalité "

Jolie dans l’ensemble mais vieillissant . Bar très sympa. Spa idem en plus ouvert jusqu’à 22h. Mais pas propre jusqu’à 22h... pucerons trouvé dans le lit ...chambre grande avec terrasse. Resto jolie et bon repas qui tourne toujours avec les meme plat.
