"Hotel à renover"

Malgré un personnel accueillant la vétusté de l’hôtel pose des problèmes (ascenseur en panne un jour, jacuzzi en panne 2 jours, store de la chambre avec mécanisme rouillé (bruit infernal). Chasse d'eau à la limite de la rupture, évacuation de la baignoire rouillée, dure à actionner... Balcon sale (voire photo)

"Peaceful location and very comfortable"

Set in beautiful grounds, lots of parking space (important in this area) the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and balcony perfect. The only thing that dated the hotel was that the lift/elevator was a bit old and not very smooth but that was a minor issue. Room service was the full menu brought to our room, not some burgers and fries option! Also very welcoming for our labrador - an extra 10 euro was very reasonable to include her.

Dommage spa beaucoup trop petit pour l’ensemble des deux hôtels ( mercure et ibis) Petit déjeuner très cher , trop cher ! La réceptionniste nous as pas dis le prix en plus à notre arrivée ! Ayant réservé sur hôtel .com je croyais qu’il était déjà dans’ le prix de la chambre qui est déjà de 136€ . Même pas d’oranges à presse ., pas de d’oeuf au plat.. 18,90€ c’est quand même le prix d’un plat ! Sinon ça été dans l’ensemble !

I ordered room service during my stay and had food poisoning, which led to throw up all night and ruining my trip. Breakfast had poor options...staff was unfriendly in restaurant. Not keen to assist. Reception team was polite and accomodating.

Décevant.. Douche froide, une petite piscine froide, un jacuzzi de 6 personnes toujours occupé malgré la règle des 15 minutes mais non surveillé. Le spa avec plafond étoilé est payant et sur rdv alors que le plafond est délabré.. Le Hammam reste la seule chose satisfaisante avec le confort du lit et le petit déjeuner (vraiment parfait et aucun complet porté au lit). Le reste de l’hôtel reste d’époque.. Une rénovation de l’intégralité de l’hôtel ne serais pas un mal au vu du potentiel du domaine..

"Horrible"

Horrible , vraiment déçus , hôtel pas propre et vieux, le spa est froid et la nourriture horrible .... on a été malade toute la nuit (tartare de bœuf ) bref.
