"Tolle Lage für Durchreise"

Wir haben auf der Rückreise von der Westküste Frankreich in die Schweiz dort übernachtet. Das Hotel war von der Autobahn her sehr einfach zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und ruhig gelegen. Der Wellnessbereich war überfüllt; er ist etwas zu klein für die Grösse des Hotels. Beim Check-in wurden uns keine Erklärungen abgegeben (Frühstückszeiten, etc.), ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich.

"A great discovery"

Aix-les-Bains was a great discovery and the hotel was a perfect place to stay. Had a mountain view which was peaceful and quiet. Not far from the town and easy to visit the surrounding area. The eating area and spa looked good, but I was too busy to use it myself. Staff were very helpful.

"Could be beautiful......"

I found this dissapointing quality for a Mercure hotel. The best things are the food, both breakfast and dinner were lovely. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms are a great size. Staff are also excellent. The main issue here is the severe shabbiness of the whole place. Everything was stained, the decor was hanging off and ancient, carpets throughout are old & coming away, doors and fittings need replacing everywhere. Needs some serious attention.

Hotel parfait pour une ou deux nuits. Nous avons testé la chambre prestige, parfaite avec des petites attentions, propre mais un petit rafraichissement de l'ensemble de l'hôtel serait le bienvenu, moquettes et peintures un peu vieillottes et le balcon terrasse très agréable mériterait un petit coup de jeune. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux varié et salle agréable.
