Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive

I liked how well kept the lawns were and no area seemed overcrowded, they were on time with food periods and ran over their cut off times. They had golf carts to bring you to the main points and I think you could call to request a shuttle if you wanted. The pool was huge and sectioned so you could be by yourself and drinks were strong. Most restaurants were on the same stretch so you didn’t have to be searching everywhere to find it and if they were far again you could get a shuttle to go there

The tv didnt have streaming apps and really restricted access and was in Spanish, some staff were too friendly and created uncomfortable situations and one waitress caused us to leave dinner earlier with her weird energy we no longer wanted her to serve us. Restocking was a hassle to happen for the mini bar in the room had to be constantly calling. I hate that room Service came at a cost at an all inclusive hotel I believe time limits would be better than adding more charges food was hit or miss but wouldnt say mostly miss tbh just wanted more consistency

No more vegan options if you are vegan. Not clean food and variety is not good. Cleanliness at the food area is bad.

I hope on the near future I’ll be able to come back, the food is delicious and the spa is something you can’t pass up!

I saw a staff person touch a older teenage girl at the pool area without her permission...I will never return, especially with young females! Beware!

So i was very apprehensive about coming to this resort because of bad reviews on facebook although some were true so im gonna give u a honest review from my experience Food: Not great buffet was the same all the time also the food was never hot just about luke warm But it was edible Steak house The service wasnt the best we waited 50 minutes for our meal and they werent even busy also the fillet was tough and the veg was freezing cold and raw Italian By far 1 of the better ones food and service was absolutely brilliant Asian Another good restaurant this was the only restsurant that the food was hot and absolutely delicious and another 1 with great service Indian Wasnt great nor was the service Mexican By far the worst the food wasnt great and the service was absolutely appaling so bad the guy didnt give us water and when i asked he seemed to just be chatting to another collegue we had put appetisers and then he brought out main and all our appetisers were still on the table i said to him where u put our meals the table is full he payed no attention to us as diners at all it was that bad we walked out The infinity Bar This was the best part we enjoyed because we had the best treatment at that bar by vidal and zoe they were absolutely amazing to us and treated us so well i must say they are a credit to that resort and i hope that whatever manager reads this actually tells them they made 2 english people john and jenny very happy for 2 weeks i wish them all the best for there future they are such hard workers just like a majority of the workers on that resort we will b back definately this review was just based on our experience dont let the food situation put u off its an amazing resort we really enjoy out time vidal and zoe thank u very much for being so kind to us One love

Vidale is the best Batman at grand Palladium, always smiling and making our nights… making the most amazing cocktails. We can’t thank him enough!

Everything was amazing . Food location , .Can I give a special mention to the staff at the childrens club they were just excellent my 8 year old grandaughter absolutely 💯 loved it . Well done guys your all fabulous. and doing the most amazing job A☆ Thanks you guys for looking after reign for me she misses you all Cheryl peters.

90% of the staffs was amazing especially the maid I love Angela Reid she was so welcoming and amazing the food was good too

Receiving racism favorite from staff was a big turn off
