Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive

My overall experience was amazing this was my second time visiting grand palladium. And i will definitely be back a third time.

The breakfast was great

It would have been nice to have an elevator takes on the second floor with our luggage to our roons

The air was impure. For four days straight, raw sewage was what I inhaled. Visitors also smoked openly. These factors resulted in me picking up a bug and I became very sick by day four at the hotel. Along side this on the day of check out, the telephone at the front desk gave all of us a busy signal. We could not get a shuttle. We had to walk, some of us for fifteen minutes, with our luggage, not a shuttle or bell hop were seen during our journey. This move was deliberate and we made sure to inform front desk of this Machiavellian move.The smoking policy needs to be adjusted. Additionally, the stench of raw sewage needs to be addressed. I have no intention of visiting again.

Great time to go as resort is very quiet and we enjoyed our relaxing week. Jerk chicken available daily around the pool and beach. Lovely area to snorkel and we brought out own including much needed water shoes. Beautiful coffee lounge. Wasn’t interested in the travel club and didn’t sign up for the free gift. Been her twice now and would return.

I can’t say how wonderful the whole staff was throughout the entire trip. Kind, accommodating, and patient.

Had a wonderful, relaxing g first vacation to Jamaica. Will definitely be back. Great food, service, friendly people.

The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the facilities were great. We upgraded to signature level which was really worth it for us, the rooms and views were spacious and clean, with lovely amenities. The upgraded drink options were great, we could book restaurants on the app in advance and we could use the adults only pool and beach. The staff in the Signature areas really made our holiday, the bar staff in the lounge and Coral bar ( especially Kevon, Mario and Romaine) were fantastic and always took great care of us (there were 2 other colleagues who were also great but we didn't catch their names), the staff on the concierge were amazing! always friendly and so quick to help us with anything we needed, every time we needed them they were happy to help, and finally Eroll who cleaned the pool and the lady who cleaned the beach every day both did fantastic jobs and ensured the area was spotless every morning ready for guests. We would highly recommend the Signature level at the hotel and want to thank the staff for such a wonderful experience.

The good of this Resort is it’s absolutely beautiful even post hurricane. Construction to repair the resort is happening but that didn’t change the beauty of this place. Been to many other resorts in the past and I personally believe that this is the most beautiful resort I have been to! The housekeeping staff was absolutely amazing in building 33 as well! Now onto why I’m leaving a 2 star review. The food was not that great in my opinion. Dry chicken, dry pork and dry desserts to start off. Ordered 4 tuna sashimi at the Asian restaurant and received 4 pieces of sashimi and the fish was brown and smelled fishy. The drinks were subpar to other resorts I have been to in the past such with that being alcohol content being way too much or not any at all to drinks not tasting like how they should at all. Poolside waiting staff would somehow disappear after 1pm and wouldn’t see them the rest of the day. It would also seem like most of the staff didn’t want to be there at all and wouldn’t absolutely show it towards guests. Went to the sports bar one night and walked up to the bar and asked for a simple red stripe beer, bartender acted like it was a chore to do his job then turned around to a beer that was 3/4’s full sitting beside him and filled it up and handed it to me. Many buffet waiting staff would get visibly irritated with drink requests as well. I’m honestly probably missing a lot more on this review but just wanted to express the things that irritated me the most. I personally would not recommend going to this resort for anybody but would highly recommend someone to go to Jamaica just because of how beautiful this island is!
