"Jamaica here we come!"

We booked with group as it was our first trip to Jamaica, the Grand Pavillion was excellent from our arrival to the time we departed. The staff were exceptional, the food and bars were great the pool was great. The room was spacious and very clean, the housekeeping was exceptional.

"Disastrous from check-in"

It started when app did not work in England then despite requesting ground floor room (we'd book signature level bungalow) we were sent to Upper floor room and told to get the shuttle to our room! Not 5 star experience. It took two days to get the room we wanted. Every time it rained the hotel flooded. Can't get served at the bar Then reservation at restaurant confirmed on app was actually closed! Then after heavy rain our room flooded with sewage through the bath plug, toilet and shower and had to change room - no water in room. All in all not the standard we have come to expect from Grand Palladium. However food in restaurants very good.

"First trip to Jamaica"

First time to Jamaica. The resort is expansive. The pool is huge. There are a lot of bars and restaurants. Nightly entertainment was excellent.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience for Our Entire Group!"

Our group of 180 guests from Ambush Fun in the Sun had an absolutely fabulous time at the Grand Palladium Jamaica. From start to finish, the resort exceeded expectations. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the food offered excellent variety with something for everyone. The entertainment and activities kept our group engaged all week, and there was never a shortage of things to do. What truly stood out was the staff — friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to make our stay special. Managing a group of this size is no small task, yet everything ran smoothly, and our guests felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the resort. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our travelers, and many are already talking about returning. "The rating is 4the staff are 4 but the resort is 3 star a best despite amenities! The food is poor"

This hotel is 4 star by its amenities and 95% of the staff! It is obvious it was and has been in disrepair and good management for years, the hurricane has finished it off
