Everything about the food was lovely

My room looked as if it as unoccupied for a while. The jacuzzi had hair when I turn it on hair was coming out

The food was great the staff was amazing the room was spacious and clean this this was my second stay Grand Palladium never disappoints me definitely recommend 👌

Pokoje duże i ładne, owoce na powitanie, duża łazienka.

Proces zameldowania był bardzo długi, zajęło to przeszło pół godziny. Podróżowałam z osobą na wózku inwalidzkim, a w głównym budynku nie działała winda!

We ended up having three rooms while at this property. The very first room was so poor. The notation was a garden view however, it did not take into account that it was Garden view facing a white wall with traffic and construction about that. It wasn’t until our very last room where we seem to get a better while the facility itself is aged that last room allowed us to have a private pool just beyond our sliding doors and a complete view of the ocean.

In all honesty, I think the worst thing about this property has to be the staff. This seem to be this lack of interest, empathy, or overall positivity.. on our last day our flight was canceled due to snowstorm, even with that the staff was so disconnected could not offer any type of positive reinforcement or support. It was the same negative attitude from day 1. I say this not to expect a. Overwhelming thankfulness for visitors, however the acknowledgment of if it were not guest supporting the property. The staff would not be employed. There were a few people that I will mention that just went above and beyond when I pointed out scenarios that had occurred Justine with guest services, Andreka from the travel club , Shawna Kay from dining services & Edgar. When things appeared impossible, they bore witness to the disappointment and each played a role in trying to turn things around..

The people were great. The location is OK but much more desire for butter food is needed. Will how do you recommend to get the field menu up-to-date

Rooms are fine but buffet runs out of food all the time. TV didn't work in the room and it took 3 days to fix it. Telephone in the room never worked . A la carte restaurants are generally good but reservation system is complicated. Restaurants ran out of decaf coffee ALL the time. Some amenities are old . Pool is nice and service was usually pretty good. Music by Stephanie in the Infinity Bar was EXCELLENT.

Everyone we met at G.P. was friendly & very helpful. I'd like to thank all of the workers, but especially Rasheena Rigg at the front desk, Rajay MacLaren who helped us with our luggage, Abigail, who cleaned our room and Jessica Jones cleaning up at the pools, as well as all of the servers - in the restaurants & the bars. You all served everyone with a smile on your face, making us all feel welcome.
