"Nice but booking was messed up and I payed extra"

My first time it was very nice and relaxing.. I know they are recovering from hurricane but I enjoyed my stay . Staff was nice and helpful every spoke and was pleasant

Check in was long for some people and reservations were mixed up. I booked through booking.com and they made it impossible to fix it so I wasn't happy to have to pay extra 650.00

Having to go back to the room 3 times to get the shuttle bus because I was with a couple of seniors.

"SCAMMERS! BEWARE!!!"

THEY ARE SCAMMING! THEY CHECKED US IN WITH MY DAUGHTER, GAVE HER AN ARMBAND, PUT US IN A 3 BED BEDROOM, THEN WHEN WE WANTED TO CHECK OUT THEY SAID THEY DIDNT KNOW A CHILD WAS WITH US, AND FORCEFULLY MADE US PAY $2000 FOR A CHILD WITHOUT GIVING US A RECEIPT! THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM AND THE POLICE IS NOT LOOKING INTO IT CAUSE THEY ARE SURELY ON PAYROLL! GOOGLE GRAND PALLADIUM SCAM AND SEE WHAT SHOWS UP

Lovely big clean rooms.

Pool looked dirty at times and sales staff were a bit too pushy trying to get you to upgrade your stay. Additionally the beach was not that great. Also when we ordered a bottle of wine we asked to try it and it was not good. We then said we didn’t want it and instead wanted a dearer bottle, which we knew we liked, this was a big problem and we basically had to speak to 3 managers to resolve and then the service the rest of the evening was terrible.
