Beautiful- lots of places to eat - lot of beach access- pools were nice - views were amazing

Reaching facility for a shuttle was very challenging- if u don’t put a towel on a chair at 6am you probably won’t get one - food was plentiful but similar every night

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Palladium from April 3–5, 2026, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. What truly made this stay exceptional was the incredible staff. Each interaction felt warm, genuine, and personalized—something that’s rare to find and deeply appreciated. My evenings at Miss Lou Bar were a highlight, thanks to Jonathan, Natania, and Franklyn. Their energy, attentiveness, and friendly conversations created such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that I looked forward to returning each night. Breakfast at the Negril restaurant was equally delightful, with Tia providing outstanding service. She was attentive, pleasant, and made sure everything was just right—an amazing way to start the day. Dining across the resort was a treat, and several team members truly stood out: • Krisana at Sumptuori restaurant delivered a seamless and enjoyable dining experience with excellent attention to detail. • Ramona at Mobay restaurant was warm and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly. • Trevoy at Bhogali restaurant made the experience both comfortable and memorable with his great service. • Akeem at La Adelita restaurant brought such a positive and engaging energy that enhanced the entire meal. Each of these individuals went above and beyond to make my stay special, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. Overall, Grand Palladium exceeded my expectations with its beautiful ambiance, excellent dining options, and, most importantly, its outstanding staff. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and well-cared-for getaway.
