never come back the worst experience in Jamaica I’ve ever had, after 17 years of coming to Jamaica this is the first place that made me feel. I never want to come back. This place is a trap that tries to sell you memberships to a place you don’t wanna come back to.

The facility was beautiful although still making repairs from the Hurricane. I believe that some repairs could be more of a priority, but I am not sure about the materials that are on hand. The staff is absolutely amazing and what made our stay so wonderful. We will be booking again in the near future and cannot wait to return.

Second visit, will be our last. The bathroom and outside areas smelt of sewage. Staff only interested in guests they deem to be good tippers. Took 48 hours to get a shower cap. Was sent a warm bottle of sparkling wine, without an ice bucket or champagne flutes..

My girlfriends and I had an awesome Abb workout with Norman this morning. Very nice and fun gentleman. And the gym is beautiful and clean.

We came to the resort from uk for the second time in December 2025. We was apprehensive about going not long after they had the terrible hurricane but we wanted to still go and show our support for the wonderful country and people. We had and even better time than the first and I didn’t think that was possible! The food the beach the staff everything about this resort is just luxury. The kids club staff made our holiday! Annakaye, Trizzle, Shaquana and Tashae were absolutely brilliant with our two sons especially our youngest paddy. Anyone who might be apprehensive like I was about leaving your child for an hour or so definitely shouldn’t be, I was sent WhatsApp updates why I was round the pool and photos. The resteraunts are all amazing quality and proper à la carte. Special shout out to the pool bar staff who made our afternoons so fun and entertained the kids with there cocktail making skills and balancing drinks on there head. Beaches are beautiful white sand and clear ocean. We will definitely be returning for a third time.

3.5 star at best not 5 like they claim to be. WAY overpriced for what you get. Check-in was a nightmare. Take your own towels and facecloths because they seem to be a luxury not everyone gets to experience. If you have any mobility issues or don’t want to have to walk half a mile for a drink, then this isn’t the place for you. There are shuttles, but good luck getting one! Plan to spend alot of time waiting at the bar where most of the bartenders act like they hate their jobs, regardless if you tip or not. Don’t waste your money on the private pool room either because it’s ice cold!!! Buffet was mediocre. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I certainly wouldn’t go back. What a disappointment…especially for how much we spent here.

I didn’t hate it. But, food was fair at best. Closet had black mold in it. Deadbolt on door was broken.

We would lose power about 10 times a day in our room. The pools were freezing off of our room. The food service was horrible buffets always empty in the room. The drain for water was so slow. Lockbox weren’t working. Had to call them four or five times. The resort is too big for the amount of staff to keep up with everything.

If you have time to wait and are a patient person, this is the place to choose. The price is not worth what you get in return. The entertainment is next to nothing, the food leaves you very unsatisfied as well the variety. Bottom line choose somewhere. People work too hard for their money and this is not worth it.
