"Excellent location."

My experience was good. I felt safe. Customer service was great. The food was also fantastic. Location was wonderful. However the amenities in the hotel need renovation. The bathroom needs a lot of cleaning. Towels need to be bleached or changed.

"Holiday Inn"

Right next to the airport (with a free shuttle bus). Friendly and helpful staff. Good range of food in the restaurant. Condortable bed, good shower. Despite location it was extremely quiet in my room on the 3rd floor. Would use this hotel again if needed hotel near the airport.

The customer service was excellent. Room was clean, internet worked well. The bathrooms need to be updated. We had one issue with room service where our food was not delivered, but the front desk, house cleaning, and restaurant service was great. They do need to learn to put towels in the room correctly - one of EACH towel per guest (1 large bath towel, 1 medium hand towel, 1 small bath towel)
