"The Good and the Bad"

POSITIVES: The airport shuttle is efficient. Room is VERY COMFORTABLE especially the bed! Lighting is good. Air conditioning is good. Room is kind of soundproof as the walls are solid concrete so one truly gets a good night’s sleep. Hot and cold water functions well! TV has lots and lots of channels. Gym is 24/7 and is adequate enough. Food at the lounge is not bad. Reception staff are very courteous and responds quite quickly to requests. So are the cleaning staff. NEGATIVES: The hotel is old and has clearly lost some of it “glory” The bathroom shower tiles have visible mold between them which is creepy. Their is no shower curtain but instead a glass partition which does very little to prevent water from spilling on to the bathroom floor creating a wet mess after each shower. The room is given ONE TOWEL only! This was a major issue for me! Even after the room is cleaned: ONE TOWEL! Not good Holiday Inn! The elevators are SLOW and at one point I got to the lobby floor and it simply wouldn’t open to let me out. It eventuallh did so when IT was good and ready not fromd me pressing the “open door” button repeatedly.

"Old hotel needs some attention"

Hotel needs a face lift. Friendly staff, quick check-in, food was good choice for breakfast and snack at pool at sunset.

The rooms need some updating/refreshing. Staff are always very friendly and very willing to help in any way. Very good location next to the airport with great shuttle service and most of the business district around about. There are more hotels now popping up nearby and this one needs to get updated or it will loose the game.

"Good location but old"

Hotel is well located near airport with free shuttle bus to airport, rooms are old and needs to be upgraded. Very poor in terms value of money
