Holiday Inn Accra Airport, an IHG Hotel

This hotel was run down and requires some major updated remodification.

I spent two night last month, My room was not lucky for first night, my Air condition not working but I came in to my room late night so not bother me. Second day reported to front office about it and she responded and will send some one to have look and fix it, I came 4 pm the problem still exist and call again front desk and technician came and checked for few minute and end up with not working. I called my coordinator at office and she told me I have to came down and find out and finally I got confirmation will change my room to other room. The Breakfast are good, the price for meal are fair and the room are quite good but look old for me and need some refreshment. Regards, Iwan

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff

I like cleanness, privacy and complementary good breakfast.

Although Covid measures were in place they were not neutrally applied For instance, I was told to wear a face covering when I approached the bar and that is the correct approach however, a local man approached the bar moments after me and that person was not asked to don his mask Clearly that could be misconstrued as racism I do not think I will be back at the Holiday Inn for that very reason

Nice gym and pool area also the restaurant on site made it a very easy stay

I like the gym. Well equipped and clean, better than an average hotels.

The staff was really friendly and clearly committed to excellence! I wish I knew there a money exchange place in the lobby before traveling. Also, I found it hard to call from abroad before traveling
