"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!"

Worst possible customer experience my team and I got from the Holiday Inn today! Absolutely rude and highly discourteous staff! I would have given a ZERO RATING for service if there was that option. Won't recommend for any kind of business meeting or to anyone who thinks good service still matters!

The hotel was very deceiving. The lobby was so nice while the rooms were terrible. The elevators are very small. The hallways and rooms had a bad odor and overall the rooms were just bad.

"Just don’t go!"

The hotel has come down a lot. The rooms are old and outdated. I asked 4 times to get my shower repaired, then I gave up. They where not even considering to give the late check or for free despite the problems with the room and the hotel being almost empty. Breakfast was just ok. Dinner had maybe 10 choices from the menus, extremely limited. Fitness center did not get cleaned and AC did not work Just don’t go!
