Enjoyed the stay

Very nice sitting areas to visit with family members. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast cost with little choice.

The good: clean and quiet. The Meh: I made a few passed by the front desk in the morning, trying to chage "I'll have breakfast" 'to "can you change my stay to points since it turns out we are not using the breakfast". No Luck with that, as no one there to receive the request. I wonder what would happen if I really needed something....

Great location and really nice hotel! Really happy with our choice.

I had a 1st floor room

Great stay the only bummer was the hot tub not working. Other than that everyone was friendly beds were comfortable and spacious. Would stay again my husband has a ecv vehicle and easy to get around pool area

At check in waited 5 minutes for someone to come out(there was no one at the front desk). once someone arrived (after looking at my reservation) the first thing im greeted with is we dont rent to locals. "What is the reason for your stay. Obviously as a member im shocked for the poor welcome i have just received. You felt very unwelcome and was ready to leave. Had i not had work being done to my home and had another reservation for the evening i would have left. I did not so I kept my cool. As long as i have been supporting this brand i have never been treated soo disrespectful and felt this unwelcome. Even worse when the reservationist brought the manager out she was even more uninviting. Stating"why are you here"? I told her i was having dome work done to my home and needed to stay but don't worry ill find somewhere else after tonight." The only saving grace for f this stay was the bar tender. She was very hospitable and accommodating ( unlike ay of the other staff members. So if this property doesn't support its members. Or the community then why are you here? So warn all the hospitality here is suspect especially for the "locals" as so eloquently put by the manager. As this Hilton property apparently had little support for its members or community. I caution all my military brothers to look elsewhere. In all my travels this was the most humiliating experience i have had. However want to thank the waitstaff/ bar tender for their graciousness as that was the only highlight of the stay. No need to even mention the lack of water pressure and cleanliness of the rooms as that was just as awful as the hospitality. Humm! Its that the nature if this business? Well i hope this helps Helps Hilton be aware if how this property just represented their brand!
